I can’t throw the barbell down at the gym, so I have to control it, felt a lot of strain today, would it be better to maybe lower the sets or work to 10% less than guided, ie 70% today instead of 80%, or maybe 5 at 70 and 5 at 80?? Any guidance would be appreciated!!
