1) Every 30 seconds for 4:30 (10 total reps):

1 Power Snatch + 1 Hang Snatch (full squat) @ 80% of 120914.

Notes: Reps are at 0:00 – 0:30 – 1:00 – 1:30 – 2:00 – 2:30 – 3:00 – 3:30 – 4:00 – 4:30

2) Every 40 seconds for 6:00 minutes (10 total reps):

1 Power Clean + 1 Hang Clean (full squat) + 1 Push Jerk @ 80% of 120914.

  6. If coach or someone experienced could give me some advice it would be much appreciated. I can’t throw the barbell down at the gym, so I have to control it, felt a lot of strain today, would it be better to maybe lower the sets or work to 10% less than guided, ie 70% today instead of 80%, or maybe 5 at 70 and 5 at 80?? Any guidance would be appreciated!!

    Got my first PR!! Cleaned(full squat) and Jerk 176lbs!! I know it is not much to most on here but it was a milestone for me.

  12. Had a great a.m. WOD, then had some bad kabobs, and felt like shit the rest of the day. I hate when it forces me to cut my afternoon WOD short!! Damn you kabobs!!!

    1) 85#. Decided to go lower, because still have to work a lot on getting full squat and with heavier weight it feel kind of sketchy.
    2) 115#. Felt quite weak at the beginning, but the farther, the better.

    Conditioning: did not do, cause my knee hurts from yesterdays workout, probably did sth wrong with bulgarian split lunges or rope climb and as todays conditioning seemed to be pretty hard on knees, decided to skip it.
