    I started. Did the Round of 5 C&J Went FAST got to the muscle ups, hit my head on the second rep because the rings were to close to the top…. Got PISSED because I was feeling great. Lowered the rings restarted the whole thing within 1 minute….
    At a BW of 158# the 185# C&J felt easy.

    Got 3:54 as RX could have gotten a WAY faster time if I didn’t have that STUPID DUMB mistake…. Oh well.

  25. First, I want to say thank you for this awesome resource. Secondly, I suck. I have been viewing outlaw since March and this is my first comment. When I first found outlaw the program was currently mid to end cycle. I found the closest start date of a new cycle which was late december or early january. Before your programming I may have snatched #135 once in my life, and consistently stayed away from the olympic lifts. After 4 months of following outlaw, and an oly seminar with Caleb Williams, I was able to hang snatch a pr of 205#. Not a big number but a drastic improvement. Well last cycle I totally screwed up, and only followed the bb gymnastic consistently. Thus, all my numbers went down, and i feel like an idiot. Well now im going to try and follow consistently and post. Im a firefighter so i usually lift two on and, one off, so I differ a little but Im going to try and stick with it.
