    I was surprised at how badly the DUs tired me out. Between the DUs and the push jerks, my shoulders died pretty quickly.

    My legs have been sore since "Fran, the mile and the 20 squats" earlier this week, but after yesterday and today my legs and ass are WRECKED! Looking forward to a day off – not looking forward to walking down the stairs or sitting on anything that isn't my couch.

    Clean & Jerk – 125kg =PR was under 129kg twice, squat is not back yet after adductor tear. Feel like as soon as I stand up 130 – 135kg I will be getting the jerk too. Soon.
