    Midline – Did immediately after conditioning and could barely lock my legs out. Horrible.

    done about 18 minutes. I was about ready to throw up by the end of the last row and forgot to stop my watch, but I figure it was somewhere about 18mins.

    Nothing left to do midline, that’s twice I’ve missed it which is slack.

    Today just didn’t seem to work for me, I was flat when I got there and exhausted when I left.
