Sometimes, in the midst of whatever is going on around me, I forget one of the biggest and most rewarding reasons why coaching, and this site by extension, have become so important to me. To be able to witness the pure joy of an athlete, directly following a PR, is a coaches most pleasurable moment. This short video illustrates that joy in such a way that I still have a smile on my face after watching it multiple times.
