Sorry for the late post. I’ve been enthralled with Beach Volleyball and Water Polo all night, and just couldn’t turn away. Every part of what I just said is true, except all of it. WTF, NBC? No Weightlifting anywhere to be found, but I have to listen to Sinjin Smith babble on for hours about the difference between wet sand and dry sand? You know what? Fuck sand—I hate the beach. That’s why God invented gymnasiums, so civilized people could play Volleyball without having to worry about chafing.
Speaking of Weightlifting… Klokov withdrew, and this is strictly hearsay, because he’s on “the juice”. Then Dolega, who I have a huge snatch-crush on, proceeded to bomb out. So what could have been one of the best sessions in the history of the sport, was a complete letdown. Sweet. Anyone know when Lolo is gonna be on?

The total Prowler weight, including the Prowler, is what’s listed above. The pushes should be performed on asphalt, not turf or any other surface that allows for less friction.
