21-year-old Aussie and 1st time Games competitor, Brandon Swan, with a Split Jerk triple of 130kg (286#). Side note: When I was 21 I was good at shooting a basketball—that was a great life decision.

Rudy, yesterday I competed in the Div 1 Next Level Invitational, in Orange County Ca. I Did not train directly for this competition. I am confident that your program is STRONG, so I am sticking to it, just went out for the fun (of course shooting for the win). I ended up standing tall on the podium. 1st place!!!
