— 245# (felt easy. tried to be really strict on form)

— 187# for a couple rounds, then 177# for the last 3 so I could get the bar higher.

Conditioning
1-1:49, 2-1:57, 3-1:56, 4-1:48 Opening the door everytime to go in and out took up a little time, but other than that did all unbroken. I couldn’t have gone much faster…….Round 2 and 3 I was sucking eggs just thinking about having to do the 4th round…..

1:43; 1:54 ;2:01; 2:07; Did a little weaving though the Barbells flying everywhere. Rain didn’t help much although I don’t think it considerably slowed the runs down.
1. 195#. Proper splits on all, which is my biggest weakness, the weight itself isn’t really that heavy.

12:55. Kept moving well until the last round where it fell apart. It is easier to PP 115# because I can find a good rhythm catching it and bouncing back up. Need to learn how to butterfly the C2B.

2a)135,135,145,155,165 same thing as jerk. No 1RM so just felt it out. 165 was pretty heavy.
2b)145,175,175,175,195(6) Squat strength is definitely my biggest weakness
Conditioning:
1:58-2:28-2:51-2:56 (17:30) Learned that my math skills are shit when on the verge of passing out. Had to break up the push jerks in rounds 2&3 went unbroken last round but rested more before. First time running in a few weeks (foot) and felt OK but sluggish. First time using butterfly on C2B. Was better than expected but had to stop a couple times to get timing down again.
Skills
3X15 T2B (no GHD) and T2B suck more anyways.
