  1. 1. 165# PR. Did 165# at a squat snatch before, and a bullshit press out power snatch, but this was first time getting a power snatch at this weight correctly.

    2k G.C.S. – 7:14. PR by 3.4 sec. Really wanted sub 7:10 but I’m not going to complain about a PR.

    1a) This only said 150# in the email, so I did that. Only 2 sets because the class needed it the area. About 20 yards, all the space we had.

  4. Body crushed after redeye across the country. Took today as a rest day and will get after todays workout tomorrow. Hoping my INSANE rope burns are healed up a bit more…
