Overview


The Outlaw training camps are centered around providing coaching tools and learning to move proficiently for competition or any other athletic endeavor. While elite level competitors will certainly have opportunities to test their mettle against each other, athletes of all levels will be able to take home cues and skills that will benefit them both in daily workouts as well as competition environments.

We recommend that attendees have basic proficiency with all standard movements that are commonly found in competition.

Basic Camp Itinerary


Training camps will begin Friday evening with a meet & greet and lifting session (group instruction on the Olympic lifts) at the hosting gym. Saturday will be an overview of Outlaw programming, a few workouts, coaching to develop the most efficient movement pathways that are invaluable in a competition environment, as well as guidance on how to prepare for the competitive arena. With skill development being of utmost importance, expect to be challenged in a variety of ways, including a Saturday afternoon WOD surprise. Sunday will include two final workouts and a wrap-up Q&A session to close the weekend.

We will cover that week’s specific workout, discuss strategy, practice and improve on the movements involved, while being officially judged and scored. This is an unparalleled opportunity to perform the WOD in a fiercely competitive environment that will include multiple Games competitors.
